Vernites was founded in 1965 by Mr. Giuseppe Testa and Ms. Silvana De Franceschi, having gained previous, extensive experience in a company of international renown.

The company initially produced solvent-based products for wood in Italy, but Mr Testa's vision (he was already in his nineties) has guided the company towards water-based paints. The business expanded its boundaries and went nation-wide. Over the years, his three sons have joined the company: Fabrizio, Alessandro and Paolo.

In 1995, the company decided to discontinue the production of solvent-based products. The success of the water-based products lead the creator to make the change. Years of substantial investment followed focusing on increasing the production capacity with the image of the company being transformed from small-scale to industrial. The distribution of the products nation-wide expanded towards Europe. The logistical space was expanded to include the administrative and sales offices, the warehouse and an applications and training room. Today, Vernites, thanks to the experience gained and its highly qualified partners, offers quality, cutting-edge and technological products that are able to satisfy any request. This is the result of the commitment of all the employees who have worked in Vernites for years and that have allowed company to accomplish its vision. Research and Development
